Order Process
To place an order, you must:

  • Select a design service from our website.

  • Complete the checkout process and make payment.

  • After payment, you will receive an email with a Design Request Template. Please fill out the template with your detailed design preferences, including style, color scheme, text, and any other specific requirements.

  • Once we receive your completed template, we will begin processing your order.

Delivery Timeline
After receiving your design brief, we will deliver your final design files via email within 2-3 business days, depending on the complexity of your project. Delivery time may vary depending on the specifics of your order.

Payment Terms
All orders must be paid in full before work on your design begins. We accept payments via PayPal and other secure payment methods, which will be available during checkout. By proceeding with the payment, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms.

Refunds and Cancellations
Due to the digital nature of our services, all sales are final. Once your payment is processed and the Design Request Template has been submitted, we cannot offer refunds. However, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with the final product, please contact us within 5 business days, and we will work to resolve any issues through revisions.

Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you will receive a license to use the design for personal or commercial purposes. However, ownership of the design files remains with StreamOffer until payment is made in full. You may not redistribute, sell, or modify the designs without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability
StreamOffer will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use our services. This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss. You agree to use our services at your own risk.
