Payment Methods
We accept payments via PayPal, a secure third-party payment processor. You can pay with your PayPal account or a credit/debit card via PayPal’s secure gateway.

Payment Terms
All payments must be completed before work begins on your design. After completing payment, you will receive a Design Request Template. Your design will only be processed once we receive this completed template.

Pricing
Prices for our services are displayed on the website at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but any changes will not affect orders that have already been placed and paid for.

Taxes
All prices are listed excluding applicable taxes, which may be added at checkout based on your location. You are responsible for any taxes or customs fees applicable to your country or region.

Refunds
As stated in our Terms of Service, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds once payment has been processed and the Design Request Template is submitted. However, if you are dissatisfied with the design, we offer revisions (as outlined in our Terms).

Failed or Delayed Payments
If your payment fails or is delayed, we will notify you via email. In such cases, your order will not be processed until the payment issue is resolved.
